Do I have to commit to dental appointment or become a new patient?

No not all.  It is totally up to you what you want to do next. 

Do I have to use ZOOM video conference?

It does help but we can also call you on a landline, mobile phone or FaceTime on an apple mobile phone. By meeting face to face we can actually have a look.
