Our three hygienists work proactively alongside our dentists, supported by a motivated dental assistant team. Through our tandem approach, patients' needs are identified and appropriate care is actively connected back to the dentist.
For the patient, that means their dental team is paying attention to their overall oral health rather than simply treating what happens to be in front of them.
For you, it means you're supported by a consistent flow of appropriate internal clinical referrals from a hygiene team that genuinely wants its patients to receive the right care.

You'll have dental assistants who want to help you work well, dedicated steri support maintaining clinical standards and workflow, and a proactive reception team working to organise and manage your appointment book effectively.

You'll also work alongside Dr John Hamilton, Synergy's Managing Director and senior clinician.
John brings more than 35 years of general dental experience spanning complex restorative dentistry, advanced endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery and management of medically compromised patients. His experience is there to draw upon—not to micromanage you.
But clinical development at Synergy isn't supposed to flow in only one direction.
We want an experienced dentist who brings knowledge into the practice as well as taking knowledge from it.
